Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Cyber Threat Management Specialist responsible for assessing security threats, conducting vulnerability analyses, and implementing cybersecurity controls to protect organizational assets. This role involves ethical hacking, security monitoring, and developing strategies to mitigate cyber risks across systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments using attack analysis, threat modeling, and probability evaluation
Analyze intelligence data to identify patterns and inform risk mitigation strategies
Monitor security threats and system performance using security tools
Maintain and enhance security controls and automate system health checks
Define scope and perform penetration testing and ethical hacking assessments
Document findings and recommend remediation measures
Deliver security awareness training and communicate risks to stakeholders
Recommend cost-effective security controls for risk mitigation
Triage security incidents, escalations, and threats, and coordinate response actions
Support implementation of multi-factor authentication and access solutions
Automate security scans and deployments
Develop and support full-stack security solutions
Evaluate, implement, and communicate encryption standards and guidelines across platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
Experience in data modeling and cybersecurity practices
Familiarity with tools such as Jira
