About the Role
The Inventory Analyst works closely with Warehouse Management to oversee inventory planning, tracking, and accuracy across daily operations. This role collaborates closely with brands and internal teams to coordinate shipments, and ensures inventory readiness for campaigns. The analyst performs SKU‑level analysis, monitors stock levels, and leads cycle counts to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency. Additionally, this position supports returns, damages, and donations, ensuring proper documentation and inventory adjustments. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager.
This role will begin with one remote day per week in Winter Park, FL. With the expectation of transitioning to a fully onsite schedule (5 days/week), this fall.
What You’ll Do
Work with our brand partners to plan and request inventory with the appropriate buffers to meet campaign deadlines.
Communicate inventory needs to brands in coordination with Warehouse Management to ensure alignment and timely fulfillment.
Confirm order quantities, obtain tracking information, and monitor shipments to ensure on‑time delivery.
Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy, quality, and completeness against purchase orders.
Assist with inventory transfers between warehouse location and brands.
Identify and report discrepancies, including damages or missing items and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Customer Success & Sales team to align inventory processes with client needs and timelines.
Work closely with Warehouse leadership to ensure proper handling and storage of products.
Assist in managing returns, damages, and product donations, ensuring proper documentation and inventory adjustments.
Perform SKU‑level analysis to track performance, identify trends, and support inventory planning decisions.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across the warehouse to support campaign readiness and operational efficiency.
Manage product variations, including multiple SKUs and campaign‑specific allocations, ensuring accurate distribution.
Support in conducting annual physical inventory checks to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records across systems such as spreadsheets, Airtable, WMS, or other database tools.
Assist in managing returns, damages, and product donations, ensuring proper documentation and inventory adjustments.
Support and implement process automation using tools like Airtable, Zapier, or similar platforms to improve efficiency.
Develop ad‑hoc reports and analyses to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decision‑making.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Experience
2–4+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory management software
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting
Experience with automation software such as Airtable is a plus
Experience in cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and stock audits
May use a stand‑up forklift & reach
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
4+ years of inventory management experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Travel
Typically, less than 10%. Warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk up to 75% of the time.

The salary range for this position is $55–$65,000. Compensation decisions are influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, market demand, and internal equity.
