$300,000 Start-Up Bonus
Location- Alpena, Michigan - northeast Michigan on Lake Huron
- Picturesque city with forests and clear water
- Traditional Monday-Friday with some flexibility
- Call: 1:3
- U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent - REQUIRED
- Board-eligible or Board-certified - REQUIRED
- Fellowship in hematology/oncology - REQUIRED
- Must have or be eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
- Established cancer service line
- One other full-time physician on-site; second physician retiring in 2028
- On-site radiation oncology and experienced clinical staff
- Outreach work: Tawas, Michigan (2-4 days/month)
- EMR: EPIC
