Schedule:
• Monday Friday
• 10-, 12-, and 14-hour shifts available
• Scheduled shifts with optional weekday and weekend call

Credentialing:
• Approximately 90 days

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience required, 5 years preferred
• Home address must be at least 50 miles from the facility

• 519-bed hospital
• 27 Anesthesiologists
• 54 CRNAs
• Care team model with a mix of hands-on anesthesia and supervision
• Physicians are approximately 75% hands-on and 25% supervision
• 41 operating rooms
