PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adults with occasional pediatric ENT cases
• Patient Volume/Census: Less than 20 patients per day
• Case Mix: Orthopedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, ENT, endoscopy, GYN, plastic surgery
FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 25 beds (Tyrone); 71 beds (Huntingdon)
• Trauma Level: Critical Access (Tyrone)
• EMR System: Cerner
• Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Solo practice at Tyrone; anesthesiologist support at Huntingdon
• Support Staff Available: Surgical and perioperative teams
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (1-2 weeks with clean file)

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General anesthesia
• Regional anesthesia (spinals, peripheral nerve blocks preferred)
• Airway management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active PA license required
• Board: NBCRNA certification required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years or at least 1 year independent practice
• Other Qualifications: Comfortable working independently in solo setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services across two hospital locations
• Perform general and regional anesthesia techniques
• Work independently or with anesthesiologist depending on site
• Collaborate with surgical teams and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
