LOCUM TENENS CRNA OPPORTUNITY

Hospital-Based Practice

Start Date: April 20, 2026
Contract Length: 6 months
️ Schedule: 2 3 shifts per week (PRN)

We re seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a flexible locum tenens assignment supporting two hospital locations. Enjoy a weekday schedule, low patient volume, and fast credentialing!

Schedule & Locations

Tyrone

• Monday Friday
• 6:45 AM 3:30 PM
• 30 minute unpaid lunch

Huntingdon

• Monday Thursday
• 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

Coverage needed 2 3 days per week (PRN)

Practice Setting

• Hospital-Based
• Hospital Sizes:
  • Tyrone: 25 bed Critical Access Hospital
  • Huntingdon: 71 bed Hospital
• EMR: Cerner

Work Environment & Support

• ️ Tyrone: Predominantly solo CRNA, non medically directed
• ️ Huntingdon: Anesthesiologist on site
• Patients per day:
• Patient Population: Primarily adults
• Occasional pediatric ENT cases (peds anesthesiologist present)

️ Case Mix & Procedures

General Surgery
Orthopedics
Ophthalmology
Gynecology
ENT
Plastic Surgery

Preferred (not required): Experience with regional anesthesia
(spinals & peripheral nerve blocks)

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (required)
• Active state license (required)
• DEA: Not required
• CSR: Not required
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
• ️ Experience:
  • 2+ years CRNA experience OR
  • 1+ year practicing independently
