Schedule & Availability

• Preference: Minimum availability of two weeks per month .
• Clinical Focus: Inpatient rounding and consults.

Practice Profile & Clinical Scope

• Support Model: Excellent APP support available.
• Admissions: Majority of patients are admitted by the Hospitalist service; Heart Failure acts as a consult service .
• In-House Coverage: 24/7 Hospitalist and Critical Care coverage provided.
• Specialized Care: VADs: Facility performs VAD procedures.
• Transplant: No transplant services at this location.
• Subspecialty Support: Robust ideal subspecialty support onsite.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Board Certification: BC Required.
• Licensure: Indiana (IN) License.
• IMLC: Accepted.
• Credentialing: 60 Days.
