• Schedule: 10 consecutive days per month (Saturday-Tuesday), mix of office, hospital, and weekend 24-hour call
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts (varied, includes 24-hour weekend call)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $8,920 - $9,560 (competitive locum tenens pay)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• MD or DO degree required
• Active Pennsylvania medical license preferred (strong preference given) - Pennsylvania otolaryngology jobs candidates encouraged to apply
• Minimum 1 year post-residency experience in Otolaryngology
• Proficiency in tracheotomy and management of airway emergencies
• Experience with oral maxillofacial and facial trauma repairs (facial plating, soft tissue repair, mandible arch bars)
• Ability to work 10 consecutive days per month, including weekends and 24-hour call

Responsibilities - ENT Physician / Otolaryngology

• Provide comprehensive ENT care for routine, emergency, and trauma patients in both clinic and hospital settings
• Perform surgical procedures including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy (T&A), bilateral myringotomy with tubes (BMT), thyroidectomy, microlaryngoscopy with biopsy (MDL), and tracheostomy
• Office-based care: See approximately 20 patients per day (mix of new and established) during standard office hours (8:00am-4:30pm)
• Hospital coverage: Inpatient rounding, consults, and operative cases (approximately 2 weekdays per week)
• Weekend coverage: Take 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday for trauma, airway concerns, and emergency ENT needs
• Alternate work sites include the main Hollidaysburg office and one day per month in the Bedford office
