• Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Clinic Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• OR Schedule: Tuesday and Friday
• Patient Encounters: 20+ per shift
• Nearest Airports: Rhinelander Airport, Central WI Airport

Job Requirements

• Board Certified Physician in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in otolaryngology or ENT practice
• Proficiency performing general "bread and butter" ENT procedures
• Eligible to work in Wisconsin (IMLC not accepted)
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time coverage in clinic and operating room settings as a locum tenens ENT physician
• Perform general otolaryngology procedures (surgical and non-surgical) typical of ENT jobs and head & neck surgery
• Conduct endoscopic procedures: septoplasty, sinus surgery, flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy
• Perform tracheotomy and general head and neck procedures
• Preferred skills: bronchoscopy, thyroidectomy, extended parotidectomy
• Collaborate with audiologists and clinic staff to support comprehensive ENT care and hearing services
• Participate in call coverage as needed
