Maman - Line Cook
We’re looking for a line cook to join our team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, beverages, and excellent customer service. You love cookies, are always ready to lend a helping hand to a colleague, and you don’t take yourself too seriously.
What you’ll do:
Keep the kitchen/BOH space clean, organized, and pristine
Learn Maman’s recipes and follow the recipe book’s instructions
Always ensure consistency in quality and aesthetics of Maman’s dishes
Occasionally assist the various BOH teams during slow times
Maintain safety standards while adhering to Maman’s policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with the BOH team
What we’re looking for:
You have line experience and are an experienced back‑of‑house professional with a sweet tooth for cookies
You have great kitchen skills
You know when to keep your head down, concentrate during a rush shift, and handle pressure well while also having a good laugh with colleagues
You possess engaging, welcoming communication skills and a strong presence
Hospitality is your passion, and you keep up with the latest industry trends
Quality, aesthetics, and top‑notch customer experience are non‑negotiable for you
You make people feel good—your team and guests alike
You work positively and collaboratively to achieve the highest standards of delivery
You learn quickly, multi‑task naturally, and adapt to Maman’s unique culture
Smart, no‑ego, upbeat, friendly, and efficiency oriented
