
Campground Host - Seasonal

Essential Functions
Provide recreation information to guests, including price, timing, and location.
Record guest reservations in the appropriate log and assist in the preparation of activities.
Secure payment method upon reservation or check‑in.
Assist in creating, participating in, and implementing recreation programs.
Other Manual Tasks
Maintain clean facilities, including emptying trash containers, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning glamping sites with linen changes.
Maintain clear roadways and paths.
Clean campsites by performing minor maintenance tasks such as raking the campsite pad, washing tables, cleaning out fire rings, picking up litter, and reporting damage to a supervisor. Each site is cleaned after every guest checks out and before the next checks in.
Pick up litter throughout the complex.
Be observant for activities within the campground requiring immediate attention.
WAGE:
$20 per hour.
AVAILABILITY:
11 am to 7 pm; weekend availability required.

Qualifications
Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Familiarity with Windows, Office, and property management systems highly desirable.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in both verbal and written form.
Basic arithmetic skills.
Availability to work varied shifts, flexible schedules, holidays, and weekends.
Willingness to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work in inclement weather, including rain, heavy fog, and wind.
