Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for occupational medicine to join a well-established healthcare team in California, near the San Jose area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a stable schedule, collaborative work environment, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on employee health and wellness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational health or urgent care settings and be comfortable performing a variety of work-related medical evaluations and treatments. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and compliance with workplace health standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, and return-to-work evaluations
  • Provide treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Collaborate with employers and case managers to support employee health and safety
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Qualifications:
  • Certified Physician Assistant with an active California license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • BLS certification required
  • Previous experience in occupational medicine or urgent care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
