Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established occupational medicine team near Santa Rosa, CA. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a collaborative work environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact on employee health and wellness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational medicine or urgent care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult patients in a workplace setting, focusing on injury care, physicals, and preventive health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-employment and return-to-work physicals
  • Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Perform routine screenings and wellness exams
  • Collaborate with employers and case managers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted PA or NP license in California
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
