She Recruits is partnering with a 44-bed, state-of-the-art acute care facility in Texas to recruit a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician with completed ER residency training.

This is a smaller-volume, community-based hospital offering competitive hourly compensation and a stable clinical environment.

Compensation

$265 per hour (Board Certified) Housing fully covered

• 44-bed acute care hospital
• Approximately 2,500 annual hospitalist encounters
• Admission rate from ED: 3%
• Open ICU (no intensivist)
• 24/7 Teleneurology coverage
• EMR: Meditech
• Patient Satisfaction: Press Ganey

This is a lower-acuity, community-focused emergency department environment.

Schedule & Coverage

• 24-hour shifts
• Morning/day rounding
• Flexible scheduling structure

Requirements

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Completed ER Residency (Required)
• ACLS & BLS Certifications
• Eligible for Texas licensure

Clinical Environment

• No procedures required
• Open ICU model
• Limited subspecialty backup (No Infectious Disease, Oncology, Hematology, Gastroenterology, or Pulmonary on staff)
• Independent, confident decision-making required
