What You Will Do:
Primary focus is machining 2-inch-high precision aerospace fuel nozzles.
Operate equipment
Monitor performance
Make real-time adjustments
Ensure parts meet tolerances per specifications
Support providing routine maintenance
What You Will Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Machinist vocational training or certification a plus
2-5 years CNC Lathe Machinist experience running any of: SR 20 Swiss/Mori-Seiki/Index G 200 Lathes with Fanuc/Siemens Controls and G-code
Blueprint reading
Shop math
Mechanical aptitude
Basic CAD/CAM knowledge preferred
Detail oriented
Experience using measuring tools and other gages (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen
Pay Range:
$28.00 to $32.00 per hour
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Carroll, Iowa
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
FT 40 hours per week with OT available
Must be able to support any shift, including Saturday as needed .
1st shift: 6a 2p
2nd shift: 2p 10p
3rd shift: 10p 6a
Saturdays: As requested between 6AM and 12 PM
Travel requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.
Citizenship requirement:
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
