Job Summary
The Production Team Member is responsible for supporting the setup, execution, and breakdown of events within the Hospitality division. This role requires a reliable, hands‑on team player who can work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring events are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Event Setup & Breakdown
Assist with the physical setup of events, including equipment, seating, décor, and operational materials
Ensure all equipment and materials are properly handled, organized, and stored following events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, storage areas, and equipment
Event Execution Support
Support live event operations, including coordination with team members, vendors, and event leads
Assist in resolving on‑site issues quickly and effectively to ensure smooth event flow
Follow event timelines and instructions to ensure accurate execution
Assist with inventory management and tracking of event equipment and supplies
Support loading, unloading, transportation, and delivery of materials to and from event sites
Ensure proper care, handling, and accountability of company assets
Customer Service
Interact with clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner
Support a positive guest experience by responding to needs and maintaining service standards
Standards, Training, & Accountability
Follow company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures at all times
Promote accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail in all responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies and event expectations
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Experience in event operations, hospitality, or a related field preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
$40,000, commensurate with education and experience.

This position requires frequent travel to event venues, job sites, and company locations, along with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
