Job Title

Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations. Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation. Utilize OpenTable or similar software to manage reservations and seating arrangements.
Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures. Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales revenue. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
