The Opportunity:
To play a key role in GQR's TA function by attracting, engaging & hiring top talent into the Global business, with a primary focus on our Life Science division. You will be working closely with leadership and our Directors to optimize the process of recruiting into the company.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition function, ideally within a global Life Science/STEM recruitment or staffing agency
Experience working in highly targeted fast-paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing and or start-up organization
Comfortable working in anoutcomes-focused, high-performance environment
Strong understanding of internal and external marketing, brand augmentation, and advertising strategies
Create and post job description
In-depth interviewing, getting know the person behind the xywuqvp resume
Improve team and brand awareness both internally and externally
