The Role
We are seeking a Full Cycle Sales Representative who will operate as both a Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive (AE). This is a true end-to-end sales role—responsible for generating pipeline, qualifying opportunities, running demos, and closing deals.
This position is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial salesperson who thrives in a startup environment and wants direct impact on growth, process, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
Identify and qualify potential customers within the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.)
Run product demos and sales presentations for qualified prospects
Manage the full sales cycle from first touch through close
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, sales process, and go-to-market strategy
Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
1–4+ years of sales experience (BDR, SDR, AE, or full cycle)
Experience selling to contractors or in the home services space is highly preferred
Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high activity levels
Confident communicator with the ability to run demos and close deals
Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced startup environment
