Forge ahead with WSB. We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer with at least 7 years of experience in watershed modeling, pond design, stormwater systems planning and design, water quality, and general stormwater management to join our team!

Responsibilities
Works with clients and project teams to determine and develop project objectives, scopes, budgets, deliverables, and schedules
Maintains client communication and project documentation
Plans, coordinates, and oversees project activities to ensure on-time delivery
Anticipates project challenges and advises team on alternative solutions
Ensures project deliveries meet quality standards
Mentors and evaluates staff
Assists in the training of staff in standard practices and procedures
Analyzes project profitability, revenue and billing rates, and monthly project invoices
Conducts business development and develops client relationships related to floodplain and stormwater management
Travels to client and project locations for submittal reviews, field verification of models, proposal presentations, and other client management activities
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in water resource and stormwater management
A minimum of 3 years of project management experience
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil, Biosystems, or Environmental Engineering
A current PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
Hydrologic Modeling
Hydraulic Modeling (1D and 2D)
ESRI Products
FEMA LOMC Submittals
Preferred Qualifications
Proven project management experience
Experience managing, developing, and mentoring staff
Desire to be involved in business development activities
