BAS Healthcare is partnering with a physician-led, community-based health system in central Indiana to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join an established and well-supported practice based in Lebanon, IN. Additional patient care sites include Frankfort and Crawfordsville, offering variety and regional collaboration without excessive travel.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pulmonologist seeking flexibility, a collegial environment, and the ability to practice comprehensive pulmonary and critical care medicine while maintaining work life balance.

Join an established single-specialty Pulmonary/Critical Care group
Flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours per week
Inpatient rounding Monday Friday
Call schedule discussed during the interview process
Average patients per day
EMR: Meditech
Teaching opportunities available with Marian University , if desired
Comprehensive Pulmonary & Critical Care practice
Integrated Sleep Medicine and Respiratory Therapy services
Experience with EBUS bronchoscopy and indwelling pleural catheter placement preferred
Strong specialty and administrative support in a collaborative care model
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
Interest in community-based practice and team collaboration
