- Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- NO call required
- Clinic schedule only
- Can work 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or a variation to average 20 hours per week annually
- No nights or weekends
- # of Physicians/APPs in Department: 3 employed urologists, 3 APPs, other Locums
- Patient Population Mix: 100% adults. Average patient age is 68
- Avg.# of Cases Per Day: 20
- Number of Beds: 330
- Support Staff: RN, CMA, PA and APP
- Procedures Required: Cystoscopy, urethral dilations, pelvic exams, prostate exams, prostate biopsy
- Level II Trauma Center
- EMR: Epic
- BC in Urology, MD or DO
- IL License Active
- BLS Certification - Required
