Contract Administrator
plays a vital role in managing transportation and logistics agreements that support our household goods (HHG) and logistics operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role partners closely with subject matter experts, agents, and corporate teams to prepare, review, and maintain detailed contractual agreements — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with UniGroup’s policies. The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing contracts from start to finish — from initial request and redlines through annual renewals and amendments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. They thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can adapt quickly as priorities shift.
What You'll Do
Review, draft, and prepare household goods and logistics transportation agreements using UniGroup’s contract management system
Collaborate with subject matter experts, agents, and sales teams to ensure contracts meet company standards, policies, and financial objectives
Manage the full lifecycle of agreements, including renewals, amendments, and documentation updates within the CMS and UniGroup’s service agreement systems
Interpret SME feedback and incorporate redlines and revisions for agent and client review
Conduct due diligence to ensure contractual compliance with policy manuals, insurance requirements, and tariff guidelines
Run reports, analyze agreements, and track contract activity to support management decisions and ongoing renewals
Communicate with agents and internal stakeholders to clarify terms, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of agreements
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvements and documentation accuracy
What You'll Bring
High school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience, preferably within the moving, transportation, or logistics industry; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote); familiarity with contract management systems (Icertis experience a plus)
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and pivot quickly between tasks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to build relationships across agents, departments, and leadership levels
