MES Administrator
to support our Electronics Manufacturing Facility. This is an excellent opportunity for mid‑career professionals that are eager to apply their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in the design and configuration of FactoryLogix solutions to align with business requirements, manufacturing processes, and IT infrastructure.
Support the development of technical specifications, design documents, and integration strategies for FactoryLogix implementations.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation within the FactoryLogix ecosystem under the guidance of senior team members.
Implementation and Configuration
Participate in the implementation of FactoryLogix modules, supporting the full project lifecycle.
Configure FactoryLogix to meet specific manufacturing needs, including routings, BOMs, work instructions, quality plans, and data collection.
Assist in integrating FactoryLogix with other enterprise systems (ERP, PLM) using APIs, databases, or middleware.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Provide technical support for FactoryLogix‑related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving system problems.
Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement proactive monitoring and maintenance strategies for FactoryLogix systems.
Assist in mentoring and training end‑users on FactoryLogix best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Optimization and Documentation
Analyze existing FactoryLogix configurations to identify potential improvements and performance optimizations.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for FactoryLogix configurations, processes, and integrations.
Support the establishment and enforcement of best practices for FactoryLogix implementation and administration.
Training and Collaboration
Provide hands‑on support during implementation phases, including testing, data migration, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.
Assist in conducting training workshops for end‑users and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and engineering, to support the integration of manufacturing systems with other enterprise applications.
Act as a point of contact for FactoryLogix‑related topics and participate in relevant meetings/workshops with stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate will have a Bachelors degree with 4‑8 years of prior relevant work experience or a Master’s with 2‑6 years of prior relevant work experience. Candidates with an associates degree and 6+ years of experience will be considered.
1+ year of experience in MES implementation, preferably with a strong focus on MES Aegis FactoryLogix.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range : $73,450.00 – $132,775.00.
