Job Overview
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks and stock new freight.
Work primarily in the backroom.
Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (if required).
Qualifications
Physical ability to lift >50 lbs.
Experience operating a forklift (preferred).
Compensation
Hourly wage $19–$32 per hour, equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage.
Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work.
