Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Service Manager based in Lincoln, NE. The Service Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the service department to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the service team, scheduling and supervising repairs, maintaining service quality standards, communicating with customers about maintenance and repair needs, and ensuring the department meets performance and financial goals.
Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising and mentoring staff
Knowledge of service operations, repair scheduling, and maintenance procedures
Customer service and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and address their needs
Organizational and problem‑solving skills to ensure efficient department workflow and issue resolution
Experience in the RV, automotive, or related industry is a plus
Proficiency with service and scheduling software
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional training or certification in automotive or RV repair considered an advantage
