Team Leader
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for a high‑energy, positive‑attitude, team‑mindful Team Leader to join our retail store team. Job Details
Pay: $13.50 per hour
Job Type: Full‑Time
Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Essential Duties and Tasks
Assist in providing direction and modeling of job duties to other production clerks.
Display great customer service by greeting donors and customers and offering assistance.
Sort material as required and stock material in stores.
Rotate stock as needed.
Operate cash register.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Basic math skills, ability to make change, and ability to complete paperwork promptly.
May serve as a coach in one‑on‑one training with a production clerk(s).
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical Demands
This role may involve light to medium work – sitting for short periods, frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, good finger dexterity, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity, and occasional lifting/pushing/pulling 10–20 pounds, and occasionally 20–50 pounds.
Must be able to perform material handling with few restrictions, working with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
