Program Manager (Hybrid) – Security Projects

About The Role
Loyal Source seeks an experienced Program Manager to support high‑visibility security installation projects for SpaceX in Brownsville, Texas. The role requires strong leadership to oversee multiple project managers, maintain customer relationships, and ensure successful delivery of complex security‑related programs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple security‑related projects within the program, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Lead, guide, and support a team of Project Managers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships with SpaceX stakeholders.

Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Prepare and deliver presentations, briefings, and status updates to managers, clients, and cross‑functional teams.

Ensure consistent use of project‑management tools, documentation standards, and reporting practices across all projects.

Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of security installations.

Travel to the Brownsville, TX job site as required to support program needs (up to once per month).

Qualifications

PMP Certification.

Proven experience as a Program Manager overseeing security‑related projects (fire systems experience preferred).

Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple Project Managers.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project‑management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).

Strong customer‑relationship management skills, with experience handling key accounts.

Willingness and ability to travel to the Brownsville job site as needed.

Pay Rate
$110,000 per year.
