Wed- Fri: 7a-4p, 9a-6p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a. Sat-Sun: 7a-5p, 12p-10p, & 7p-7a Setting: Acute-care community hospital Handles minor to moderate trauma Severe trauma sent to Shreveport Must be comfortable stabilizing and transferring Census: 200 bed hospital 27.4k annualvolume Average 75patients per day Support Staff: Most subspecialties are on site except for neuro surgery and hand surgery NPPA: Mon-Fri: 12p-9p. Sat-Sun: 11a-8p Procedures: All Standard ER procedures EMR: EPIC Board Certification: Board Certified Required Travel: Hospital will cover Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding - hoping for ASAPstart Requirements: Active LAstate license Active DEA and CDS in LAor willing to transfer ATLS, ACLS
