  • June 12th 6:30am- June 15th 6:30am
  • August 28th 6:30am - August 31st 6:30am
  • September 25th 6:30am -September 28th 6:30am
  • October 30th 6:30am -November 2nd 6:30am
  • November 13th 6:30am - November 16th 6:30am
  • November 20th 6:30am - November 23rd 6:30am
  • December 18th 6:30am - December 21st 6:30am

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Hospital based
• Patient Demographics: 100% adult and geriatric
• Practice Type: 100% inpatient
• Other Urologists Present: 5 in the group
• Lab and X-Ray Onsite
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• Required Areas and Procedures: General Urology, Ureteroscopy
• Inpatient APC support 7 days a week

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Active SC license (will accept providers needing to obtain state license)
• ACLS, BLS
• DEA
• Must be willing to cover both sites
• Self-Query NPDB report (must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date)
