Partner with licensed team members to deliver a consultative, seamless customer experience

Who You Are
A natural communicator who easily builds trust and identifies client needs
Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by both client satisfaction and sales success

Comfortable having consultative conversations about insurance solutions
Experienced in customer service (insurance background a plus), with a strong desire to succeed in sales
Licensing Requirement
A Property & Casualty license is required for this role
If not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain one within a set timeframe
