Position:

• Start Date: ASAP, Ongoing
• Credentialing time frame: 6 weeks
• Schedule: 4-5 days each week, 8 hour days
• Volume: Based on preference & comfortability, typically 4-8 patients per day
• Procedures: Standard Endo procedures
• # of Chairs: 3 chairs
• EMR: Open Dental
• Locum Pay: $2,500 - $3,000 per day
