About the Role:
Install, train, and educate end users on newly purchased urodynamic equipment and supporting products, ensuring compliance with ICS and Laborie standards.
Provide ongoing customer support and training, proactively addressing needs and ensuring comfort with equipment usage.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify new opportunities through educational events and deliver advanced presentations to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of site visits and customer interactions in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in the health care field.
Bachelor's degree
Clinical education experience in the hospital, clinic, or medical device setting preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in nursing, midwifery or urology preferred.
