
Business Development Manager

As a Solutions Development Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives across all MAU segments by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your role will involve consultative selling, fostering strong relationships with potential and new clients, and developing customized workforce solutions to meet their needs. You will drive sales and revenue generation through targeted strategies and market analysis, ensuring that our services effectively address the unique challenges within the manufacturing and supply chain industries.
Essential Functions
Lead and Develop (Close) New Business across all MAU segments
Identify new business offerings
Client Focused:
Consultative Selling
Develop trusting relationships with current and prospective clients
Weekly Reporting
Monthly KPI’s
Live safety by identifying hazards, correcting harmful conditions, and improving MAU’s safety culture, particularly in your division and team.

5 years B2B sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Preferably service oriented sales or solutions sales experience

Work Environment or Working Conditions
The working conditions and environments are created by our customers’ facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-temperature controlled environments to GMP clean room required.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift 25lbs and 50lbs on occasion
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to climb 5 flights of stairs multiple times a day
Travel
This position requires up to 15% travel.
