24h call (7a 7a)

Clinical Volume
1 2 cardiac cases/day
Regional referral center with steady but manageable volume

Facility
1 dedicated heart OR + 1 hybrid OR
EPIC EMR
Experienced first assist with endoscopic vein harvest

Scope
CABG (on/off pump)
Valve repair/replacement
Thoracic cases
Impella (required)
Structural heart support in hybrid OR/cath lab (required)

Comp
$4200 per 24h call
$375/hr callback after 2 hrs gratis
$340/hr orientation

Travel
Lodging approx. $150
ight + standard travel coverage
