Scheduling Coordinator/CNA

Sanford Health - 300 South Main Street - Responsibilities: Provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner; Maintain master schedule and work schedules for nursing department using scheduling system; Review vacation requests and track employee attendance; address instances of excess absenteeism with department manager; Use creative staffing to limit use of Supplemental Nursing Staffing Agency; maintain SNSA agreements and documentation; orient SNSA to location; resolve SNSA issues; review SNSA billing for accuracy; Maintain computer reports and provide to DNS daily; implement staff reductions or additions per DNS direction
