Commercial / Private Business Development Manager
We’re partnering with a well-established, privately held professional services firm to hire a Business Development Manager focused on new client acquisition and long-term account growth in the Fort Worth market. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment and wants a long-term career path.
Compensation
OTE: $95K–$110K+ Year 1
Base salary + uncapped commissions
Top performers earn significantly more over time
What You’ll Do
Drive new business development while growing existing commercial accounts
Conduct daily in-person and outbound prospecting within a defined Fort Worth territory
Build long-term, consultative partnerships with HR leaders and department heads
Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through close and account expansion
Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure high-quality service
Manage pipeline activity, forecasts, and KPIs consistently
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing sales a plus, not required)
Proven ability to hit activity metrics and revenue goals
Comfortable with a structured, high-accountability sales environment
Strong prioritization and time-management skills
Professional presence (business attire required in-office)
Stable work history with clear performance or promotion indicators
