About the Role:
We are seeking a hands‑on Project Coordinator to oversee building upgrades in Auburn, AL. Acting as the on-site eyes and ears for the Project Manager, you will manage vendor schedules, facilitate unit access, and ensure quality control.
Note:
We are sourcing vendors separately; your role is to manage the flow, access, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee the daily progress of unit renovations, ensuring vendors stay on schedule.
Logistics: Manage unit access for contractors and maintain the master key/lockbox flow.
Quality Control: Walk units daily, identify issues or delays immediately, and manage the "punch list" to ensure units are move‑in ready.
Reporting: Update the daily project tracker and communicate progress/hurdles to the off‑site Project Manager.
Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Must be an Independent Contractor (1099) with valid Workers' Compensation insurance.
Must be local to Auburn, AL, or able to be on‑site Monday‑Friday (no relocation or housing provided).
Proven experience in construction coordination, site management, or property renovations.
Strong organizational skills—you are the glue holding the schedule together.
Reliable transportation to the job site.
Compensation:
Bonus: Available upon successful completion of the project.
