THE SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (MEP) ROLE
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will act as a discipline lead across multiple projects, taking ownership of electrical system design and supporting overall project delivery.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, delivering innovative, code‑compliant, and high‑quality electrical solutions across a diverse project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical design across multiple MEP projects
Deliver innovative and complex electrical system solutions
Manage projects across sectors including healthcare, commercial, and education
Engage directly with clients, providing technical expertise and guidance
Mentor and support design engineers
Support overall project delivery alongside MEP leadership teams
Ensure compliance with US codes, standards, and best practice
Maintain high standards of quality, coordination, and technical excellence

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (MEP) ROLE
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
7+ years’ experience within MEP design consultancy
Professional Engineering (PE) licence
Strong electrical design and technical knowledge
Experience across healthcare or complex building projects preferred
Strong communication and client‑facing skills
Knowledge of US building codes and standards
