Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join our U.S. operations team. This role serves as a key counterpart to our UK shipping team, with a primary focus on domestic shipments and U.S. outbound logistics. Based in our Baltimore facility, this position coordinates shipping activities across multiple departments—including fabric, samples, wallcovering, drapery, warehouse, and office operations—ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows across functions.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, with a focus on U.S. outbound logistics
Interact with government entities to prepare and process required import/export documentation
Communicate with internal departments to gather, verify, and provide shipping-related information
Arrange third party movements between company locations and clients
Generate and manage invoices and credit notes related to shipping activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the internal shipping system
Monitor shipping processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Support shipping-related projects and general administrative tasks
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall shipping processes
Qualifications & Attributes

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Ability to manage end-to-end shipping and administrative processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
