Role Description
The Quality and Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Norwalk, OH. This role ensures the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with

ISO 9001

and supports safety and other compliance initiatives. The position combines tactical execution (audits, inspections, CAPA) with strategic reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Quality Management

Conduct routine quality inspections, process audits, and product/service evaluations

Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Review production/process controls to ensure adherence to quality standards

Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation

Partner directly with operations to resolve quality issues in real time

Compliance & Reporting

Develop, maintain, and enhance compliance reporting systems and dashboards

Track, analyze, and report on quality, non-conformances, and audit findingsPrepare detailed reports for leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies

Ensure timely closure and documentation of audit observations and compliance gaps

Safety Compliance & Tracking

Monitor and report on safety metrics, incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions

Support implementation and maintenance of safety programs aligned with regulatory and internal standards

Partner with Safety and Human Resources teams to ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements

Conduct or support safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard analyses

Audit & Program Management

Plan and execute internal audits; coordinate external audits and certifications

Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and industry requirements

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and safety functions

Act as a key liaison between Quality, Safety, Operations, and Leadership t

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Ability to balance hands‑on execution with program‑level oversight

Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools

Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices

Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
