Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Foam Insulation Installer based in Tyler, TX. The Foam Insulation Installer will be responsible for preparing and installing thermal insulation materials, such as Core-Fill 500™, spray foam, thermo barrier, air barrier and damp proofing in commercial and residential structures. Daily tasks include reviewing job specifications, preparing materials, safely operating tools and equipment, applying insulation products to meet design and safety standards, and maintaining a clean job site. This role also involves adherence to all safety protocols and collaboration with team members, contractors, and project managers to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications
Experience with insulation installation, construction, or general labor, including knowledge of insulation materials and their applications is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in working with tools and equipment; ability to operate safely in construction environments.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow safety protocols and installation guidelines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with contractors, project managers, and team members on-site.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials, climb ladders, and comfortably work in tight or high spaces.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Prior experience with Core-Fill 500™ or air barrier systems is a plus but not required.
