Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours)

We are a well-established kitchen and bath remodeling company with over 30 years in business, locally owned in Winston-Salem, NC. We are known for our quality work, strong client relationships, and organized project execution. We are hiring a key team member to support daily operations and grow into a larger leadership role over time.
Position Overview
This role is the first point of contact for many of our clients and plays an important role in keeping office operations organized and running smoothly.
You will handle client communication, support administrative workflows, and help maintain structure across active projects. This is a growth-focused role with the potential to develop into an Operations Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Intake
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
Build rapport and gather basic project information
Qualify leads and schedule initial consultations
Ensure clear handoff of client details to the design team
Office & Administrative Operations
Independently manage day-to-day office organization
Prepare and organize contracts and project binders
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Track deliveries, materials, and vendor shipments
Order permits and assist with general office coordination
Manage office supplies and basic administrative needs
Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning and repairs
Project Support
Help maintain organization of job files and documentation
Assist with tracking materials and project-related information
Support coordination between internal teams
Systems & Internal Support
Assist in improving office processes and workflows
Help organize and maintain company SOPs
Support use of systems such as QuickBooks, Basecamp, and MS Project
Marketing and Business Support
Respond to inbound inquiries and leads
Contribute to marketing initiatives such as blogs and social media posts of completed jobs
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position.
Over time, responsibilities may expand into:
Greater operational oversight
Process improvement and system management
Increased coordination across projects and teams
Advancement toward Operations Manager responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
2+ years of experience in office coordination, administration, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-directed and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with QuickBooks or project management tools is a plus
Construction/remodeling experience is helpful but not required
Interest in growing into a long-term operations role
Compensation
$50,000 annually with growth opportunity based on performance and expanded responsibility
