
Electrical Maintenance, Hourly Technician

As an Electrical Maintenance Hourly Technician for the 3rd Shift at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will work with 240 V and 480 V equipment regularly, run conduit, pull wires, and conduct occasional maintenance of equipment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our facilities. All candidates selected for onsite interview will be required to complete an in‑person evaluation of knowledge for blueprints, measuring tools, and basic math.
You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and work out of the St. Louis, MO location on an on‑site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the reliability and functionality of our operations, ensuring that all machinery and systems are running smoothly and efficiently throughout the plant.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as needed.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
Work with 240 V and 480 V equipment, run conduit, pull wires, and conduct occasional maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications
Experience in maintenance and repair in an industrial or commercial setting.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices related to maintenance work.
Electrical license.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
