The Role

You ll practice in a busy urgent care clinic providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers a mix of urgent care and limited primary care services with strong onsite radiology and lab support.

What You ll Be Doing

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
Perform minor procedures including laceration repair, splinting, and incision & drainage
Provide occupational medicine services as needed
Interpret onsite X-rays and laboratory results
Deliver efficient, thorough care in a high-volume environment

Who Thrives Here

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Certified PA-C
Active Idaho license or eligible for licensure
1 2+ years of urgent care, ER, or primary care experience preferred
Comfortable practicing independently
Strong procedural skills and sound clinical judgment
Efficient and confident in a high-volume setting

Compensation & Structure

Compensation: $130,000 $160,000 annually
1099 independent contractor model offering flexibility and control over your income and business expenses
Malpractice coverage provided
