
E-Commerce Planner - Amazon & TikTok Shop

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven E-Commerce Planner to join our growing digital commerce team. In this role, you will own the planning and inventory management function across our Amazon and TikTok Shop channels, partnering cross-functionally to ensure the right products are in stock at the right time to maximize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report on weekly sales performance by item, with a focus on identifying and calling out best sellers across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Develop and maintain inventory purchase plans, including determining when to buy inventory and how much stock is needed based on sales velocity and lead times.
Own the Amazon planning process end-to-end, including forecasting, replenishment recommendations, and in-stock management
Maintain a deep understanding of how inventory flows within the Amazon ecosystem, including FBA logistics, restock limits, and lead time requirements.
Track current inventory levels across channels and flag risks related to overstock or stockout situations.
Collaborate with the buying and operations teams to align purchasing decisions with broader sales and margin goals.
Support the VP of E-Commerce with regular performance updates and ad hoc analysis.
Qualifications
80–90% of this role is Amazon-focused; demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of Amazon's inventory and fulfillment processes, including FBA replenishment, sell-through rates, and restock planning.
Experience tracking weekly sales metrics and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with inventory management or planning tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functional
