Business Development Manager – Skilled Trades Staffing

We’re partnering with a high-growth staffing firm to add experienced sales professionals focused on skilled trades and construction staffing in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on building new business, developing relationships in the field, and driving revenue in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business within construction and skilled trades staffing

Build relationships with general contractors, project managers, and operations leaders

Conduct job site visits, client meetings, and networking events

Manage and grow a book of business while consistently adding new accounts

What We’re Looking For

3–10+ years of staffing sales experience (skilled trades or construction preferred)

Proven ability to hunt and close new business

Experience selling into contractors, construction firms, or industrial clients

Strong activity levels (calls, meetings, field presence)

Competitive, driven, and relationship-focused mindset

Base: $65K–$100K

OTE: $110K–$180K+
