## Description**Breeze Heating and Air****Commercial & New Construction HVAC Hunter / Estimator****Location: Palm Desert, CA
Full-Time | Growth Opportunity****We’re Looking for a Builder of Business****Breeze Heating and Air is expanding in the Coachella Valley, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to find projects, build relationships, and win work.****If you’re the type of person who enjoys being out in the field, meeting contractors, chasing opportunities, and turning plans into profitable projects — this role was built for you.****This position plays a key role in growing our commercial and new construction HVAC division.****What You’ll Be Doing****• Identify and pursue new commercial and new construction HVAC projects
• Build relationships with general contractors, developers, and builders
• Review plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform material takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates
• Prepare and submit competitive project bids and proposals
• Track bid opportunities and follow up to secure projects
• Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming construction opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams once projects are awarded****What We’re Looking For****• Experience in HVAC estimating, construction estimating, or commercial HVAC sales
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Self-motivated with a true hunter mentality
• Organized and able to manage multiple project opportunities
