ENT Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant opening Äì Mountain Home, ARLocated in northern Arkansas in the Ozark Mountains Position Details Full-time, permanent position Work schedule: Monday - Friday Call schedule: Very rarely would take call Prior ENT experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person, new grad or experienced APRN/PA. Mostly outpatient; would be asked to round on the inpatient side sometimes; would know ahead of time and would receive direction from the ENT Compensation/compensation structure: Base pay starts at $95,000 and is based on experience. Specialty APRNs have a base salary only Benefits: W2 with full benefits, health, dental, vision, life, retirement, CME, PTO, etc Average patients per day: 15-25 patients per day.
