What You'll Do
Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory assessmentsexploring chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morewhile strictly adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and handle preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Assist with specimen acquisition and skillfully prepare samples for essential testing as required.
Thoroughly document all processes, mentor incoming team members or trainees, and help maintain our lab's high-quality standards.
Ensure a pristine and safe working atmosphere while following all regulatory and accreditation mandates.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, in addition to ASCP/AMT certification readiness.
Certifications
ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of joining us.
Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your tenure.
